Thanks to our accumulated experience in the field of bar soap manufacturing with traditional technology, we saw that the manufacture of quality soaps is very limited by the large investments in infrastructure, equipment, operating and engineering personnel.
We therefore decided to innovate and seek a solution for the development of a more accessible, practical soap-making technology that would break the paradigms of being able to manufacture high-quality soaps without the need for high investments.
This research took us over 10 years to find a more cost-effective way to make soap. As a result, we developed an initial formulation for manufacturing a glycerin soap base. This base allows people to make handcrafted soaps.
This initial formulation was adjusted over the course of 10 years in terms of ingredients, their concentrations, the basic infrastructure, and the soap-making methodology.
As a result of this research and development, we have obtained a product that allows the user to:
Saponify vegetable fats on a small scale without the need to use complex processes.
Obtain a soap base that can be remelted and does not lose its chemical characteristics through reuse.
Manufacture soaps by melting and not by extrusion.
Use high-quality materials that are ideal for use in skin washing.
The possibility of scaling up manufacturing with minimal infrastructure investment.
To be able to develop a soap factory with a minimum of technical or professional staff.
As part of our expansion plan, we are making our glycerin soap base manufacturing technology and tools available to the market. This is with the aim of broadening the reach of this new soap manufacturing model and providing a high-quality, low-cost alternative to industrial markets.
With our business model, interested companies can develop their production of glycerin soap bases in selected markets, produce finished products, or strengthen their industrial production system. Some of the finished products that the user can manufacture are:
